Wondering what our Two-Week Program can do for your child?

Explore the most common sleep challenges we address—by age:

Infant Solutions

If you’re dealing with familiar baby sleep struggles, like:

  • Reliance on holding, rocking, feeding or co-sleeping to fall asleep

  • Frequent overnight wakings, broken sleep, and early morning wakeups

  • Nap resistance, short naps, or ongoing schedule disruptions

  • Balancing feeding (breast or bottle) and fulfilling sleep needs

  • Sleep regressions that leave you feeling like you’re starting from scratch

  • Uncertainty around whether your child is getting enough sleep

  • Navigating a new schedule as parents return to work, or childcare comes into play

We can teach you tools to help your infant sleep independently, which means you get more sleep, too.

Toddler solutions

Maybe you’ve been dealing with familiar toddler bedtime struggles, like:

  • Needing parent assistance to fall asleep

  • Crib climbing, night wandering, or other unsafe sleep behaviors

  • Bedtime power struggles or stalling

  • Long, stressful bedtime routines

  • Challenges with potty training impacting sleep

  • Fear of the dark

  • Navigating the crib to bed transition

  • Regressions as a result of big family changes (welcoming a new sibling)

The Two Week Program will equip you with the tools needed to teach your toddler how to fall asleep independently.

Big Kid solutions

Perhaps you have a big kid who’s been experiencing:

  • Needing a parent in the room to fall asleep

  • Bedtime resistance, delaying tactics, or ongoing power struggles

  • Frequent requests for parents after bedtime or difficulty staying in their own room

  • Night wakings tied to fears, habits, or reassurance seeking

  • Anxiety around sleep, including fears of the dark or being alone

  • Inconsistent sleep routines impacting mood, behavior, or daytime functioning

  • Early morning wake-ups that consistently disrupt the day

We’ll help your big kid go from needing a parent in the room to falling asleep independently.

  • "No other words besides LIFE CHANGING. Do yourself a favor and start now! Don’t wait to make life better for you and your baby."

Two and a half weeks ago I was rocking my baby to sleep holding her for every single nap, feeding her to sleep 5/6 times a night, and her never being able to put herself back to sleep to now having a baby who not only can fall asleep completely independently but also put herself back to sleep when she needs to. She started sleeping through the night on night 5 and we haven’t looked back since. Her daytime naps are always in the crib or on the go. The freedom this has given me and the rest and skill it has given our daughter is immeasurable. Trust me when I say just go straight to A Restful Night and improve your family’s quality of life!

  • "We had a wonderful experience with Meg when sleep training our identical twins."

She tailored the plan to our specific needs and was there to guide us through some difficult transitions during our two week course. The babies are now independent sleepers and we feel much more confident in our abilities to maintain a schedule and get them the sleep they need. Meg was even willing to communicate individually with our nanny to ensure we were all on the same page and things ran smoothly even when we weren't there. Highly recommend for any sleep-deprived parent!”
