When should I take this course?
There's no magic age when your child is guaranteed to be ready for the crib to bed transition —but we suggest you prepare well in advance. We want you to be empowered with the information to mitigate crib climbing and be in control of this change. Most parents take this online course when their child is in the 2-3 year old range.
What if my toddler is a "bad" sleeper?

Meg received her certification from the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and uniquely combines her expertise in sleep with 15 years of leadership as a marketing executive coaching large global teams at American Express. Working with Meg means you’ll get the best combination of parent, sleep enthusiast and coach!
Meg resides in Westchester County, New York, with her husband, Chris, and their four children, Fiona, Mairead, Declan, and Eamonn. She supports families both locally and virtually all over the world.
MEET SARA
Certified Sleep Consultant
Sara DiBernardo is a Certified Sleep Consultant who developed a passion for baby and child sleep after experiencing sleep struggles with her firstborn. Sara developed a foundation of knowledge on the science of sleep through her own personal experience sleep training her son who suffered with reflux, colic and sleep apnea. She received her sleep consultant certification through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.
Sara has been a practicing occupational therapist for over thirteen years. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stonehill College and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Utilizing this background, in addition to her personal background and experiences, Sara builds individualized sleep plans and consultations tailored to the client’s goals.
Sara resides in Fishkill, NY with her husband and two sons
MEET JESS
Certified Sleep Consultant
Jessica McPherson is a Certified Sleep Consultant and an experienced caregiver. Jess has always loved children and has followed this passion for 12 years, starting when she opened her own daycare. Jess realized sleep coaching was the right path for her after seeing so many young children struggle with getting quality sleep while under her care. Jess has been helping families form good sleep habits in the daycare environment and coaching families through the learning process even before she pursued formal sleep consulting credentials.
Jess received her certification from the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. She has a wealth of wisdom & experience rooted in parenting her own 2 children as well as professional caregiving for over a decade. All of this experience comes together to allow Jess to support families in achieving A Restful Night of sleep.
Jess lives in Frisco, TX with her husband, Jason, and their two grown daughters.
MEET ALISSA
Client Coordinator
Alissa Kiesz is the behind the scenes magician that makes the A Restful Night client experience a smooth one! Alissa supports A Restful Night as our Client Coordinator. Her main priority is to support our growing team with managing all of the different client touch points to ensure that we keep everyone on track for their start dates seamlessly.
Alissa is a working Mom and knows first hand how important a good night's sleep is! She had her daughter during the height of the 2020 pandemic and leaned on several virtual support programs, given all local newborn resources were closed. Alissa’s professional experience includes a combined 15+ years as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, and Operations Manager.
Alissa resides in Sacramento, CA, with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Charlee.
